At Sacred Space, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Given the nature of our products��Handmade Bracelets and Pet Anxiety Wearables��we have specific guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags still attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Category-Specific Requirements:

  • Handmade Bracelets: Items must show no signs of wear, stretching, or damage to beads/threads. Please note that natural variations in stone color or texture are characteristic of handmade items and are not considered defects.
  • Pet Anxiety Wearables: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have pet hair, odors, stains, or any signs of being worn by an animal. We recommend trying the fit over a thin layer of clothing if possible during the first try-on.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues (Refund Only Policy)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, we operate a Refund Only policy. This means:

  • You are not required to return the item to us.
  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method once the issue is verified (photo/video evidence required).
  • This approach minimizes the carbon footprint and hassle of international return shipping for damaged goods.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we��ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you��ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
